Production Features
Our brandy begins with the careful harvesting of grapes and gentle pressing to obtain the must. The resulting distillate is aged for at least five years in Caucasian oak barrels, which imparts its unique taste and aroma. The aging process is monitored through annual tastings. Production also includes cold treatment and filtration and specially prepared softened water is used for blending.

Tasting Notes
An intense amber-golden color. Expressive aroma with notes of ripe pear, dried apricot, orange zest, toasted almond and vanilla. The rich palate offers a harmonious blend of chocolate, toffee, walnut, candied fruits and dried fruits — echoed in a long, smooth finish.
