Production Features
Our brandy begins with the careful harvesting of grapes and gentle pressing to obtain the must. The resulting distillate is aged for at least seven years in Caucasian oak barrels, which imparts its unique taste and aroma. The aging process is monitored through annual tastings. Production also includes cold treatment and filtration and specially prepared softened water is used for blending.
Tasting Notes
Deep amber color with copper highlights. A complex aroma of candied orange peel, prunes, dried apricots, praline, chocolate, sweet vanilla and coffee. Smooth texture with a round, warm taste, delicate sweetness and a long, harmonious finish with subtle spicy notes.

Recommended to be served neat as a digestif or as a base for both classic and signature cocktails.
